We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Most orders reach Colombo and suburbs within 1–2 business days. Outstations typically take 2–4 business days depending on your district.

Yes! Orders over රු 5,000 qualify for free delivery. For orders below that amount, a flat delivery fee of රු 350 applies. We also offer free pickup from our Colombo 07 location.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details and estimated delivery window. You can also log in to your account and view order status under "My Orders."

Many of our products are 100% vegan — we label them clearly on each product page. Our Vegan Pantry category is dedicated entirely to plant-based options. Always check the allergen info on the product listing if you have specific dietary requirements.

Several of our granola blends are gluten-free. They are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, so if you have coeliac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the safest options.

Our Keto collection includes low-carb granolas, nut bars, seeds mixes, and keto-friendly sweeteners. All keto products are labelled with net-carb information. Browse the "Keto" category to see the full range.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 077 740 2078 or email hello@powercrunch.lk. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) island-wide, as well as orders via WhatsApp. Bank transfers are available for orders above රු 10,000. Online card payment is coming soon.

Granolas and dry goods should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer into an airtight container. Chocolate products should be stored below 25°C — a cool pantry or refrigerator works perfectly in Sri Lanka's climate.

All PowerCrunch products are made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Shelf life varies by product (typically 3–12 months) and is clearly printed on packaging. We rotate stock regularly so you always receive freshly produced goods.
