We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

PowerCrunch is a Sri Lanka-based healthy food brand specialising in granola, keto-friendly, vegan, and artisan food products. We operate from Colombo 07 and deliver island-wide.

All prices on our website are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time without prior notice
• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud)
• Apply a minimum order value for certain delivery zones

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us via email or WhatsApp. We do not guarantee the availability of any product listed on our website.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available island-wide
• Bank transfer — for orders above රු 10,000
• WhatsApp order confirmation

Online card payments are not currently available but are coming soon. We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery applies to orders over රු 5,000. A standard delivery fee of රු 350 applies to smaller orders. Remote areas may incur additional charges; our team will advise you before dispatching.

You may create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of PowerCrunch or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access areas of the website you are not authorised to access
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in reviews or communications
• Resell our products without written permission
• Engage in any form of automated scraping or data harvesting

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take care to ensure product descriptions are accurate, we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerCrunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
