Refund & Return Policy

Defective or incorrect items — full replacement or refund

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Unopened items — exchange or credit note within 7 days

Returned goods must be unopened, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition. We do not refund delivery charges unless the return is due to our error.

Perishable and food items — generally non-refundable

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items unless they are genuinely defective.

1. Overview

We want you to love every PowerCrunch product. If something isn't right, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Our policy is designed to be simple and straightforward.

This policy applies to all purchases made on powercrunch.lk and through our WhatsApp ordering channel.

2. Eligible Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to a replacement, credit note, or refund if:

  • Your order arrived damaged in transit
  • A product is past its best-before date at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong product or a missing item
  • A product is defective or does not match its description

Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via WhatsApp (077 740 2078) or email (hello@powercrunch.lk) with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products (unless genuinely defective)
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion
  • Items that have been handled in a way that affects their quality or safety
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Change-of-mind returns on perishable goods

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund claim:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (077 740 2078) or email hello@powercrunch.lk
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
  • Step 3: Send photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
  • Step 4: Our team will assess the claim and respond within 1 business day
  • Step 5: We will arrange a replacement delivery or process your refund

5. Refund Methods and Timelines

Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refund via bank transfer within 3–5 business days
  • Bank transfer payments: refund to the original account within 3–5 business days
  • Store credit / vouchers: credited to your account immediately upon approval

We will notify you via WhatsApp or email once a refund has been processed. If you do not receive it within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders may have already been packed and cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may still return unopened items once delivered.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 077 740 2078 with your order number.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner. For orders confirmed as lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.
